Contract Cleaning Service for McCarthy Stone Residential Complexes.

Since 2014 we have had the pleasure of supplying regular contract cleaning services to a number of McCarthy Stone residential complexes and so we were delighted to be asked to provide cleaning services to two more in the last few months.

In September 2022 we started cleaning at Catherine Place in Melton Mowbray and in November 2022 we commenced our cleaning service at William Bradford Court in Bawtry near Doncaster.

We are pleased to say that our services at other McCarthy Stone sites meant that we were recommended to the Scheme Managers at the above two sites by their colleagues at other sites.

Spotlight Cleaning Services Limited now provide communal areas cleaning services to various McCarthy Stone sites.

As well as our regular cleaning services at these sites we are regularly asked to clean carpets and upholstery within the premises. The most recent site being Wisteria Court in Bulcote, Nottinghamshire. We addressed some particularly difficult carpeted areas within the site leaving the areas with a bright new look.
