Contract Cleaning Services for FirstPort Property Management Services

Spotlight Cleaning Services Limited have been providing regular communal areas cleaning services to FirstPort Property Management Services since 2010 when we started cleaning at Valley Court in Daybrook, Nottingham. Since then we’ve taken on a number of Residential Care Schemes and so we were delighted to be asked to provide cleaning services to two more in the last few months.

In September 2022 we started cleaning at Chatsworth Court in Ashbourne, Derbyshire and in October 2022 we commenced our cleaning service at Stephensons Court in Chesterfield.

We are pleased to say that our services at other FirstPort sites meant that we were recommended to the Scheme Managers at the above two sites by their colleagues at other sites.

Spotlight Cleaning Services Limited now provide communal areas cleaning services to various FirstPort sites.

As well as our regular cleaning services at these sites we are frequently asked to clean carpets and upholstery within the premises. The most recent site being Beech Court in Mapperley, Nottingham. At that site we did a complete clean of communal areas carpets as well as cleaning all upholstered furniture in the busy communal areas. The House Manager at Beech Court was very pleased with the results.

As well as communal areas carpet and upholstery cleaning we are often asked to clean upholstery and carpets, by residents, in their individual apartments. We are always available to provide competitive quotations and an exemplary service for our customers.
